Join us this Saturday, November 2nd from 6-8pm for a family-style dinner with Whitney Otawka to celebrate her new cookbook The Saltwater Table. For $70 pp, enjoy a three-course meal with coastal bites from the book prepared by Bacchanalia.

Wild Caught Georgia Shrimp Toast 

 

2nd:

Banana Leaf Wrapped Florida Snapper w/ pepper escabeche

Coconut habanero hot sauce & pickled red onions (available on the side)

Grilled petit onions & baby carrots/ charred cauliflower tossed in chili crunch oil

 

3rd:

Grapefruit Tart with chamomile cream & Cumberland Island honey
